Khi bạn kết nối Facebook với ContentForge, chúng tôi lưu trữ: Access Token của Trang/Tài khoản Facebook bạn cấp quyền, danh sách Trang, dữ liệu bình luận/tin nhắn đã xử lý cho tính năng Auto-Reply, và số liệu Insights đã đồng bộ. Trang này hướng dẫn cách xóa các dữ liệu đó.
Cách 1 — Tự xóa ngay trong ứng dụng (tức thì)
- Đăng nhập ContentForge → vào Settings → Facebook Connection
- Chọn Trang hoặc tài khoản Facebook muốn ngắt kết nối → bấm "Ngắt kết nối"
- Access Token và toàn bộ dữ liệu liên quan đến kết nối đó (Trang, cấu hình Auto-Reply, log trả lời) bị xóa khỏi hệ thống ngay lập tức
Cách 2 — Yêu cầu xóa toàn bộ tài khoản
Gửi email đến para.disemin89@gmail.com với tiêu đề "Yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu", kèm theo:
- Tên đăng nhập (username) tài khoản ContentForge của bạn
- Tên Trang Facebook đã kết nối (nếu còn nhớ)
Chúng tôi sẽ xóa toàn bộ tài khoản và dữ liệu liên quan (hồ sơ doanh nghiệp, nội dung đã tạo, kho ảnh, catalog sản phẩm, Access Token, log Auto-Reply) trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc, và xác nhận lại qua email khi hoàn tất.
Lưu ý quan trọng
- Xóa dữ liệu trong ContentForge không xóa các bài viết/bình luận đã đăng công khai trên Facebook — nội dung đó do Facebook lưu trữ và quản lý theo chính sách riêng của Meta. Để xóa nội dung trên Facebook, vui lòng thao tác trực tiếp trên Trang Facebook của bạn.
- Bạn cũng có thể thu hồi quyền truy cập của ContentForge trực tiếp từ phía Facebook: vào Cài đặt Facebook → Ứng dụng và trang web → tìm ContentForge → Xóa.

Data Deletion Instructions

When you connect Facebook to ContentForge, we store: the access token for the Page/Account you authorized, your Page list, comment/message data processed for the Auto-Reply feature, and synced Insights metrics. This page explains how to delete that data.
Option 1 — Self-service, instant
- Log in to ContentForge → go to Settings → Facebook Connection
- Select the Page or Facebook account you want to disconnect → click "Disconnect"
- The access token and all data tied to that connection (Page, Auto-Reply config, reply logs) are deleted immediately
Option 2 — Request full account deletion
Email para.disemin89@gmail.com with subject "Data Deletion Request", including:
- Your ContentForge account username
- The connected Facebook Page name (if you recall it)
We will delete your entire account and associated data (business profile, generated content, media library, product catalog, access tokens, Auto-Reply logs) within 7 business days and confirm by email once complete.
Important Notes
- Deleting data in ContentForge does not delete posts/comments already published on Facebook itself — that content is stored and governed by Meta's own policies. To remove content from Facebook, please do so directly on your Facebook Page.
- You can also revoke ContentForge's access directly from Facebook: go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → find ContentForge → Remove.
