Bằng việc đăng nhập và sử dụng ContentForge ("ứng dụng"), bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản dưới đây.
1. Mô tả dịch vụ
ContentForge là công cụ hỗ trợ tự động hóa nội dung Facebook Fanpage: tạo nội dung/ảnh bằng AI, lên lịch đăng bài, tự động trả lời bình luận/tin nhắn Messenger, quản lý kho ảnh và catalog sản phẩm, đồng bộ số liệu Trang, và hỗ trợ tạo/quản lý chiến dịch quảng cáo Facebook.
2. Điều kiện sử dụng
- Bạn chỉ được kết nối các Trang Facebook / Tài khoản quảng cáo mà bạn có quyền quản trị hợp pháp
- Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về tính chính xác và hợp pháp của nội dung được đăng, trả lời, hoặc quảng cáo thông qua ứng dụng — kể cả nội dung do AI tạo ra
- Bạn đồng ý tuân thủ Tiêu chuẩn cộng đồng và Chính sách quảng cáo của Meta khi sử dụng ứng dụng
3. Nội dung do AI tạo ra
Nội dung bài viết, câu trả lời tự động và hình ảnh do AI tạo ra chỉ mang tính gợi ý. Bạn nên xem xét trước khi đăng công khai hoặc dùng cho quảng cáo trả phí. Chúng tôi không đảm bảo AI luôn chính xác, phù hợp ngữ cảnh, hoặc tuân thủ mọi quy định pháp luật/ngành nghề áp dụng cho doanh nghiệp của bạn.
4. Quảng cáo & chi phí
- Mọi chiến dịch quảng cáo do ứng dụng tạo luôn ở trạng thái tạm dừng (PAUSED) — không phát sinh chi phí cho đến khi chính bạn chủ động kích hoạt
- Chi phí quảng cáo (nếu có) được Meta tính trực tiếp vào phương thức thanh toán trên Tài khoản quảng cáo Facebook của bạn — ContentForge không thu, không trung gian thanh toán quảng cáo
5. Hành vi bị nghiêm cấm
- Sử dụng ứng dụng để đăng nội dung spam, lừa đảo, vi phạm pháp luật, hoặc vi phạm chính sách nền tảng Facebook
- Kết nối Trang/Tài khoản quảng cáo mà bạn không có quyền quản trị hợp pháp
- Cố ý khai thác lỗi hệ thống hoặc truy cập trái phép dữ liệu của người dùng khác
6. Chấm dứt sử dụng
Bạn có thể ngắt kết nối Facebook hoặc ngừng sử dụng ứng dụng bất cứ lúc nào. Chúng tôi có quyền tạm ngừng hoặc chấm dứt tài khoản vi phạm các điều khoản này.
7. Giới hạn trách nhiệm
Ứng dụng được cung cấp "nguyên trạng", không đảm bảo hoạt động liên tục không gián đoạn. Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại gián tiếp phát sinh từ việc sử dụng nội dung AI tạo ra, chi phí quảng cáo do bạn kích hoạt, hoặc gián đoạn từ dịch vụ bên thứ ba (Facebook, nhà cung cấp AI, hạ tầng lưu trữ).
8. Thay đổi điều khoản
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật điều khoản này theo thời gian; ngày cập nhật hiển thị ở đầu trang.

By logging in and using ContentForge ("the app"), you agree to the terms below.
1. Service Description
ContentForge is a Facebook Page content automation tool: AI content/image generation, post scheduling, comment/Messenger auto-reply, media library and product catalog management, Page insights sync, and Facebook ad campaign creation/management support.
2. Conditions of Use
- You may only connect Facebook Pages / Ad Accounts you are legitimately authorized to administer
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content posted, replied, or advertised through the app — including AI-generated content
- You agree to comply with Meta's Community Standards and Advertising Policies while using the app
3. AI-Generated Content
Post drafts, auto-reply text, and images generated by AI are suggestions only. Review them before publishing publicly or using in paid ads. We do not guarantee AI output is always accurate, contextually appropriate, or compliant with laws/industry rules applicable to your business.
4. Advertising & Costs
- Every ad campaign created by the app is always set to PAUSED — no spend occurs until you personally activate it
- Any ad spend is billed directly by Meta to the payment method on your Facebook Ad Account — ContentForge does not collect or intermediate ad payments
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the app to post spam, fraudulent, illegal content, or content violating Facebook platform policies
- Connecting Pages/Ad Accounts you are not legitimately authorized to manage
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or access other users' data without authorization
6. Termination
You may disconnect Facebook or stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of AI-generated content, ad spend you activate, or disruptions from third-party services (Facebook, AI providers, hosting infrastructure).
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the update date is shown at the top of this page.
